Renewal season for cycle 2025-2026 has officially opened

Please log into your EXISTING account and press renew, if you do not have an online account, please email us at [email protected] for your renewal code, paper applications will be mailed out as of March 17th, 2025, please allow time to receive renewal letters by mail. All paid permits will be mailed before May 30th, 2025, the ongoing cycle will be extended until then.

Before submitting your renewal application, please review NYCHA new rules and regulations as they have change for the new cycle.
