If you are trying to make updates to your account due to the two new rules implemented this year, see below:

  • If the application was denied due to outstanding rent arrears, once the household pays the arrears in full or enters a payment plan for the full balance of arrears owed, you will be able to submit a new application, if the application window is still open, please be aware that the process may take up to 21 days.
  • Starting with the renewal period for the May 1, 2025-April 30, 2026, cycle and beyond, the registered owner of the vehicle must be on the household composition as an authorized household member to obtain or renew a permit. A previous permit holder who is not an authorized household member will not be allowed to renew their permit. Please visit your managements office and request to be added to the lease composition to proceed with your renewal, please be aware that the process may take up to 90 days.
